Beautiful Alberta

Hi there, here is a link to see some nice pics of Bow lake Alberta, and a few dino pics from the museum in Drumheller! Road trip we had a week ago with my inlaws. If you have never seen mountains like this in person, pictures do not do them any justice, it's breath taking and awe inspiring to see these things standing so tall with snow and water...amazing!!! They say the lake is 800 feet deep, and very cold, glaciers and ice fields, just past Lake Louise. This was Num Te Ja Lodge on Bow Lake.

My brother is - or was last I heard - assistant grand poobah at the Columbia Icefields. He's threatening to take off to Nova Scotia to live though and I haven't talked to him in a few weeks.

Gorgeous pictures :thumbs up. The rockies are one of our favourite places and I think they are on the plan for next years camping expedition. We tend to go about every 4-5 years.
