Best way to ween kittens?

Well the kittens are a little over 7 weeks now and my mom wants to send off the two we're not keeping, and this upcoming tuesday my brother is taking his two. The kittens are eating voraciously at the dry, drinking plenty of water, and using their litter box.

But there's one problem. Mom seems to be trying to ween them, but now they just eat sitting up and chase her all around the room. I would be worried if they all weren't eating the dry food like crazy.

Can someone suggest the best method to ween them? Should I seperate the mom from them for a few days and hope her milk drys up? Or should I try something else?
