Since I'm new to this site, I'm not sure how to go about this. I've just learned of a young diabetic cat in Fresno, CA who's 80 yr old owner can't care for him anymore. They're going to euthanize him on the 15th if a home can't be found. Is this something we can post about? I'm in another state; it's a friend of mine out there who just told me about it and I told her I'd check on this site for information and get back to her.
Thanks,
Sue

Do a search for rescues in the area, and contact vets and the HS and SPCA to see if they know of rescues.... don't let that happen!! Maybe a temporary home can be found while you look for a permanent home. I will have this little  in my .

Can you cross-post the info on this website: http://www.felinediabetes.com/phorum5/list.php?8 It's a message board for diabetic cat owners and maybe someone there will have some suggestions.

Thank you SO much. I'd told my friend I didn't know if there'd be much help for her, but your suggestions are great! And thanks especially for the good thoughts and prayers going this little guy's way!
