I was hoping someone has some suggestions or referrals for trainers in the west end Toronto area - specifically the Mississauga area. We have an 11 week old Boston Terrier who is also deaf. We want to find a trainer that uses hand signals as speaking commands are of no use to us. PLEASE HELP

If you haven't read it yet, this is a good training book, Susan Cope Becker's Living With A Deaf Dog .

You might have some luck by phoning some of the major groups like "Who's Walking Who" to see if they have a specialist on their staff. This list may help: http://www.torontodogs.com/training.htm
This service http://www.a1tailwaggers.ca/obidience.html advertises that they work with special needs dogs.
