Dog eats grapes?

I might be dumb.. but Nova steals grapes from my daughter sometimes, only if my daughter leaves her bowl on the floor by accidently.

Anyways, the question is... is it okay for dogs to eat grapes?? Why or why not?

Oh, she also eats watermelon few times during summer time. She seems fine. So do Malibu.. is that okay, too?

I read somewhere that it's okay for dogs to eat raw carrots, especially teething and snacks?

Watermelon and carrots are okay for dogs to eat. Grapes and raisins are not safe and can be fatal.
