If a script calls for giving meds an hour before meals can I change this to two hours after meals. Giving it before makes the animal sick.

There is a reason why meds must be given at certain times. Some need an empty or full stomach to work properly.

I suggest you call your vet to discuss changing either the meds or the time that they are given!
