Time flies by even faster cuz we've only had him since the end of June...hard to believe! He fit in so quickly, he seems like he's always been here! Grace, too. Go figure... :shrug: :cloud9:

Actually, if you look closely, you'll see it's her hind leg! :laughing: She likes to plop down on others...no 'letting sleeping dogs lie' for LadyRidge! :dog: If they're big like Brier, she slides off to one side. If they're small like Macie and especially Grace, they end up smushed underneath. :rolleyes: Of course, if she's got the nest alone and someone tries that with her, she growls at 'em! :p She doesn't believe in 'turnabout's fair play', either. :laughing:

Thanks, everybody. Brier is fast asleep after a hard day playing. I don't think he knew what all the fuss was about, but he had fun anyway. :dog: He and Grace played tug with a Kong flying Disk--so funny--they'd grab the Disk face to face, him backing up, her lying in the grass with her legs way back, and he'd pull her across the lawn :laughing: What a hoot! :p

Hmmmm...lesseeee.... We have one each in May, June, September, and October, and two each in August and November. :thumbs up We seem to be clustered in fall, with Macie and Ridge being the odd spring chickens. :D

Oh, of course! He sounded out the word 'birthday' all by himself, too (he was taught using the phonics method! :laughing:)

It's just that he doesn't understand what the word means... I finally told him it means that for today he's extra special! :thumbs up

Ahhhh...perhaps he is European and celebrates his name day instead. Now that would make some sense ~ on those days when you find yourself yelling (or cursing :D )his name constantly, he thinks ithat day is his extra-special day. :thumbs up :laughing:
