Frenchy September 2nd, 2007, 09:06 PM Give it back right now you hear ! OK, good girl mom. sorry for the blurry pic, Nelly was very eager to save her Cuz :p hazelrunpack September 2nd, 2007, 09:11 PM  With a title like that, I wasn't sure quite what to expect! Not so bad after all! :o Nelly really does look like she's eager to save her pal, Cuz, from the surgeon's knife! :dog: What a sweetie she is! :cloud9: Btw, Frenchy--is that a pattern on the knife blade, or a reflection of something? Frenchy September 2nd, 2007, 09:14 PM Btw, Frenchy--is that a pattern on the knife blade, or a reflection of something? I didn't even noticed ! It's a reflection. jiorji September 2nd, 2007, 09:16 PM *keeps eyes closed* is it safe to look?? hazelrunpack September 2nd, 2007, 09:16 PM  I didn't even noticed ! It's a reflection. Must be a reflection of the surgical suite lighting--cuz (no pun intended) you wouldn't do such a detailed surgery without good lighting! Frenchy September 2nd, 2007, 09:26 PM *keeps eyes closed* is it safe to look?? There's no blood Jiorji, just a very disapointed doggy  jiorji September 2nd, 2007, 09:31 PM There's no blood Jiorji, just a very disapointed doggy  I'd rather see blood :yell: hehe her mought is soooooooooo huge i'm surprised she didn't swallow it  mummummum September 2nd, 2007, 09:36 PM To satisfy Jiorji's blood-lust you'll have to do a live-action video the next time ~ just squirt some ketchup at the camera ~ she'll be happy :D jiorji September 2nd, 2007, 09:37 PM hahahaha:D luckypenny September 2nd, 2007, 09:37 PM  Not even some recovery time for poor Cuz  . hazelrunpack September 2nd, 2007, 09:39 PM  Not even some recovery time for poor Cuz  . Well, y'know...they're doing more and more outpatient surgeries these days! Frenchy September 2nd, 2007, 09:45 PM  Not even some recovery time for poor Cuz  . That's the Quebec health care  growler~GateKeeper September 2nd, 2007, 11:20 PM I see it was required sx poor cuz had a broken foot with no orthopedic specialist in sight..........good thing the waiting list for surgery table was a very short line  Dracko September 3rd, 2007, 12:17 AM Love the title of this thread and how you actually left the knife in the picture with the "surgery." :p Yesterday I bought Dracko a Cuz w/o feet. He won't touch the thing. Has no interest in it. :yell: My nephew asked me what it was and I told him "all the cool dogs have them." I think I should have gotten the Cuz with the feeties. Maybe then he'd have done something with it. growler~GateKeeper September 3rd, 2007, 12:21 AM Dracko Since he hasn't chewed it yet you could probably take it back & trade it in - then you can also post Cuz surgery pics :D Dracko September 3rd, 2007, 12:27 AM I never thought of that. :p I was even careful to get the orange one, too. Guess Dracko doesn't realize how "cool" it is to play with a Cuz. chico2 September 3rd, 2007, 07:17 AM OMG Frenchy,I soooo wuv Nelly:lovestruck: The reason for the surgery??? Because Nelly can swallow the legs??? I know, stupid question:lightbulb: Frenchy September 3rd, 2007, 08:34 AM Yesterday I bought Dracko a Cuz w/o feet. He won't touch the thing. Has no interest in it. :yell: Most dogs seem to ONLY like the orange one with feeth. Doesn't matter if you have to amputate after a couple of days , they are already in love with the toy. I like it better with feeth , easier to grap out of the mouth (when all drooly and slippery) and easier to throw. If Dracko hasn't chew on it , I would take it back to the store. :thumbs up Frenchy September 3rd, 2007, 08:37 AM OMG Frenchy,I soooo wuv Nelly:lovestruck: The reason for the surgery??? Because Nelly can swallow the legs??? I know, stupid question:lightbulb: In the first 2 pics , you can see Nelly is "working" :p on the feeth. In the surgery pic you can see there is already some parts missing on the feeth (ouch!) it was a matter of minutes ..... I didn't have time to put the Cuz on fluid and machines , but it's over the shock this morning :D mummummum September 3rd, 2007, 10:02 AM I never thought of that. :p I was even careful to get the orange one, too. Guess Dracko doesn't realize how "cool" it is to play with a Cuz. Apparently my kermuttskie's also don't get the "kewl" factor either. Mine is going to THS on our next trip down along with a bunch of other  unwanted toys. Crestedcrazy September 3rd, 2007, 01:58 PM Oh No the poor cuz  rainbow September 4th, 2007, 12:53 AM Was that the Cuz with the solid feet or the hollow feet? TeriM September 4th, 2007, 01:34 AM I love that pic of Nelly watching you :lovestruck: . Frenchy September 4th, 2007, 11:25 AM I love that pic of Nelly watching you :lovestruck: . Like a big mean dog  Frenchy September 4th, 2007, 11:26 AM Was that the Cuz with the solid feet or the hollow feet? I don't know the difference :o breeze September 4th, 2007, 11:28 AM Was that the Cuz with the solid feet or the hollow feet? you mean there is a difference?????? rainbow September 4th, 2007, 01:20 PM The original Cuz had solid feet and they started making them with hollow feet about a year ago. Prin discovered that and there's a thread here somewhere....I'll see if I can find it. :) rainbow September 4th, 2007, 01:31 PM I went to see about a new cuz for Boo and the medium ones have been cheapened out a lot. The feet are hollow (which is fine, because they usually chew them off right away anyway), but the rest of the rubber is a little thinner than it used to be. Still a good toy, but not as durable as the originals. The above was from this thread: http://www.pets.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=34228&highlight=orange+cuz | ||||
