mom not cleaning pupppies

My Schipperke became a first time mom yesterday, some of the pups have a little bit of diarea she is not cleaning it. Should I be worried?

Occasionally first time moms, especially if under 2 years of age, don't always know what to do at first and need some assistance. They will usually get the hand of it and be pros by the next litter (at lease most of the time). I would just recommend that you take over any duties that the mom isn't performing.
