As promised, here are photos of my new kittens.
(i decided to open a new thread for this)

They're 10-week-old brothers. we decided to name them Murphy & Cooper.

They look almost identical; we have a pretty hard time telling them apart.

We brought them on Saturday and they adapted to their new home pretty quickly.

Cooper was very approachable and curled up next to us on the couch within a few hours. Murphy was a little more timid and seems to enjoy playing and exploring more than being cuddled.

Nice that you adopted both. Sometimes its so sad to see littermates split up.

I agree, they would be hard to tell them apart!

Thanks guys.

At first we were thinking about getting one, but we just couldnít let them go. So we adopted both.

Those two love the stairs. They usually sleep on the top of the stairs. And since thereís two of them, they donít seem to get lonely.

I did want to ask something.
Is it ok to put a collar on kittens this age (10 weeks), because that would make it so much easier to monitor them, make sure they both eat and poop.

I've had collars on mine since they were about 8 weeks. They are a bit hard to find, but if you can find kitten collars make sure they are the safety collars, that snap open if they get stuck anywhere.

My two are black, and a month apart, Vlad is bigger than Oksana, but now and then I wonder which one I'm looking at. LOL, a different color collar works wonders in being able to tell who's who. And one with a little bell is great for letting you know where the little guys are.

Hee hee....you definitely need collars to tell those two apart. :D But, as ancientgirl said, make sure you use the breakaway collars. :)
