Excessive shedding

I have a Boston terrier who within the last few days has come in her first "heat" and she is shedding like CRAZY!! is this normal with BT's? because normally she doesnt shed that much!:confused:

Going into heat may be causing her a lot of stress and stress causes an increase in shedding.

If I were you I would get your dog spayed.

Also, what are you feeding her? The type of food also has an effect on the amount of shedding.
