I have a 2 week old kitten with sore eyes ( think that is what it is there is puss comming out) I need to see if someone can tell me if there is anything I can do to help my baby be comfortable untill I can get ahold of my vet Monday morn.

Glad you are getting her to a as soon as possible is a great idea. Clearly some antibiotic ointment sounds needed.
In the meantime... a warm, moist wash cloth can help loosen any crust around the eye. To flush the pus out, use saline. Do NOT use visine!
Monitor food and water intake. For some kittens, the pain of the inflammation in the eyes decreases their food and water intake. Then you start to have complications of dehydration, hypoglycemia, etc... If the kitten is not nursing well, you need to supplement with formula milk. This can help supplement if the cat is not eating well.
Also note, many causes of conjunctivitis may be contagious to other cats.
