Scruffin's Tail

I have a peekapom..10 years old named Scruffin. He is not holdingv his tail up the last few days and wagging it? Is this a reason for concern? It does not appear painful when I touch it.

Personally, I'd be worried about two things...a broken tail...or worse, paralysis. Paralysis can start small and wind up a bigger problem if left untreated. I wouldn't leave this alone...take your pup to a vet, pronto.

When nervous or anxious (fireworks) my poms keep their tails down. Has something upset him?
