Maxwell seems to have a bit of a foot fetish. Mainly with my feet though. he licks and chews on my toes and will often jsut chomp down on them. he chews on my ankle and my leg under my knee. I don't know why though. he sometimes bites my moms ankles but usually he just picks on me. Whenever im trying to sleep he crawls under the covers and tries to eat my feet.
as I type, hes holding onto my foot with his paws and has his head resting on my ankle.
why must he do this? i mean its cute i guess but it gets super annoying when its like 3 am and all of a sudden he climbs under the covers and attacks my feet.
he usually doesnt try to do anything when im walking around obviously because he will get kicked or something. but if im standing in the kitchen doing something or sitting there watching tv he'll walk up, since my leg and just chomp down.
is this normal!?!? its driving me crazy. he started this .. a long time ago but its getting worse. i know he loves me but my legs and feet are always scratched up now because of it and its annoying. i dont mind the licking but he really hurts me and i tell him to stop but i dont yell at my cats .. should i be more upfront in telling him no?? if its a sign of affection i dont want to hurt his feelings....
