I've been REGOOSED

Two years ago we had approximately 50 ducks and geese on our pond. Then last year we had a friend who wanted to start his own goose herd so he took all but 9 of them. Over the winter our ducks and geese wintered in the barn by the frozen pond. We kept them fed -watered and warm all winter. Then in Feb of this year I broke my leg in two places and could not get to the barn to care for them so I called a friend who rescues fowl and he took my last ducks and geese to populate his new farm / rescue center.
Two days ago the Dr. told me I could return to work and walk on the foot as much as I wanted. I went over to the barn and checked out the fish food (We feed the fish in the pond and the turtles too) Today 4 semi wild geese showed up and have set up housekeeping at the rear of our pond, near the woods. Two are Black, Brown and white and two are solid white.
So apparently to word got out. I can get around - feed the wildlife so the geese have returned.
I've been regoosed :D

I told you to sell the poop!! You haven't set your stand up yet have you?? LOL

I will have to give some thought as to how I would market the Peacock Poop Pattys. Plus there is the collection process that has to be refined. Have you ever chased a pooping peacock?
Not easy. Plus in grass the little pattys are almost invisible so you usually find them on the bottom of your shoes or between your toes if you are a barefoot person...LOL :)

No, I will still haunt the board. I'm a late night - early morning person.
I usually sleep 3-4 hours a night generally between 10 PM and 2 AM.
SInce I've been laid up I have been sleeping more but will surely quit this nonsense as soon as I return to work.

I'd take your peacock poop and peacocks any day,oh and the geese,deer and whatever else you have,you're very lucky :D
