Knocked Up - 2006

I was expecting this to be a fairly light/fluffy/silly film and got much more than anticipated. There are some really funny scenes and some witty jokes. There is some silly boy humour...but not nearly as much as I expected.

The writing in this film WELL above average and above what you'd expect given the previews, and gives you quite a lot of insight into the differences between male and female thinking in regard to marriage and having kids.

The dynamics between the two main characters (Katherine Heigl and Seth Rogen ) as well as the supporting characters work really well. I do believe most guys and girls will identify with one or more of these characters.

So Yup - this is a film that both guys and girls should really enjoy and I give it an 8.5/10 :highfive:

I don't think I could have anything bad to say about this movie. Well, maybe that it was a bit long but other than that, this was probably the funniest new movie I've seen in 2 years. I give it 9.8/10.

I watched this movie last night and thought it was the funniest move I have ever seen. It wasn't stupid funny, almost real-life funny, and I really enjoyed it!!!

Yup, this movie rocked!! If you liked it you should rent the TV program Freaks and Geeks from the late 90s, creted bythe same guy Judd Apatow. Alot of the same actors are in both the movie and the TV show.
