Are cats allergic to mold ?

I really hope someone has an answer for this one... :confused:

That's a toughie...especially for a dog person like me :laughing: ...but I guess I wouldn't be surprised if some cats were allergic to mold. There are so many different molds out there, though, that pinpointing which one is the culprit could be pretty tough.

It wouldn;t surprise me (nothing much does these days). My friend had a cat that was allergic to people! Have you checked with your vet?

I would assume,since certain molds can be deadly to people,it would also affect a little cat,but I don't know:confused:

I agree. Since mold can be deadly to people I sure wouldn't want any of my pets exposed to it either.
