Akita ears

I have a 7 month old male Akita puppy. My problem is that a few months ago both of his ears stood up, now the left ears hangs will the right continues upright. Can this be fixed? Either on its own or medically?

There are things you can do to try to fix it, but there are no guarantees. Ask the breeder for advice. Personally, unless this was a potential show dog, I wouldn't bother.
