Canada - ON - Proposed provincial anti-cruelty legislation

This is an Ontario bill proposed to amend the OSPCA Act to provide provincial regulation respecting animal care. Toronto Humane is promoting it, see link to the THS site at the bottom. If you are in agreement with this proposed legislation, you should write Premier McGuinty and your MPP with your recommendation that they pass the Bill.

The Legislature shuts for the summer on June 7th, so you should write quickly.
