Salem is a 1yr old, very small male whose owners brought him to the vet to be killed because he started spraying due to the fact that he was INTACT. (duh) When informed that they could have him neutered for 10$ more than having him killed, they opted to save the 10$ and said "Kill him."
The vet refused, so now Salem needs a home. He is super sweet and just loves to be held and cuddled. This pic doesn't do him justice as he is much more cute in person and has BIG green eyes. Very pretty, all black!
