Blood Filled Blisters

My Yellow Lab Has These Blood Filled Blisters On His Chin And Upper Lip On Both Sides. My Son Took Him To The Vet And The Vet Said It Was Allergies Possible To Plastic. We Took His Plastic Bowl From Him And Any Toys Made From Plastic But He Is Still Getting Them. What Could This Be?

My daughters dog a golden, had the same thing.It turned out to be a parasite ,ask the Dr. to do a scraping to see what they find :)
