Orijen cat food...opinions please

Hello I am new. I have been to feeding our cat better food. We switched him to Eagle Pack wet and that is going ok I suppose. The duck and oatmeal he didn't seem to like but he did like the chicken and lamb. I plan to stay with that but also add some canned Evo to the mix.

But my real question is about the dry. I bough Timber Wolf's Serengeti and its not going over as I had hoped. He is eating very little of the food. So I was thinking of switching him to Orijen. I know the food store an hour away where I bought the TO sales it. But what I am wondering is how many cats actually like it. Is it as good as it looks.

Thanks.

it is apparently a very good food with very high protein and very good ingredients. Roland, however doesnt seem to like it all that much. hes far more partial to the california natural chicken and rice, (which of course i cant get in Canmore  )
ive heard good things about it though and its local:D with local ingredients.
oh and welcome to the forum. can we see a pic of your kitty? i love siamese!

Of course ya'll can see a picture. I love posting his pictures. Later today I will try and find the welcome section and make a post.

Here he is. He is a 1 yr old neutered male that we rescued at 5wks old May 19th of last year.

I guess I will stay with the Timber Wolf for 2 weeks if it doesn't take I am gonna switch to Orijen. See if that goes better.

I would also like to try Orijen but we are having trouble getting it here. :frustrated: Right now we are feeding Innova and the cats love it. Your boy is very handsome :lovestruck: and good luck with the Orijen. :fingerscr :cat:

The Orijen sample I have is quite a big bag compared to most others (400g/0.88lbs). On the front is a $1.99 suggested retail price, though the place I got it from gave it to me no charge. On the back is a coupon for $2 off any Orijen product.

I just bought a bag of Orijen for my cats yesterday. My 10 year old male loves it.. he dug right in the bowl. But my 2 year old female doesn't seem too interested in it.

She's known for being picky though. I haven't seen her eat any of it yet but of course she may have after I went to bed. She did the same thing when I first bought them Solid Gold.. but after a couple days she ate it when she realized that I wasn't going to offer her anything else.
