Sores that won't heal on my 11 month old kitten

My kitten has 3 sores on her, 1 on her shoulder, 1 on the back of her back leg and 1 on her front leg. At 1st it was just one and it seemed to heal but now they're all getting bigger. They are just hairless red spots that dont seem to bother her but I was wondering if anyone knew what they could be from and maybe how to treat them. By the way she is a strictly inside cat so I dont believe they could be caused by other anomals or anything outside related. Please help!! Thanks.

As the sores are not going away.. and are in fact getting bigger..kitty needs to see a vet.

It's impossible to know what this might be, only a vet can diagnose.
This "sounds" like it could be ringworm though. This is treatable in a variety of ways, but will spread without it.. and is contagious.. so the sooner you get kitty checked the better.
