that makes me greatful that i live in a country with regulations and agencies dedicated to food sfaety. it's not a perfect system admittedly and everything can be improved at some point, but its a lot better then some people have.

Yeah, but we import an awful lot of things from China.

WOW,but nothing that I did not already suspect,I hope our Olympians and those from the rest of the world bring their own cooks and food.
Since the Chinese government has absolutely no regards for human rights and safety, why would we import anything edible from that country,it baffles me:yell:
I am still fuming that this country who goes against everything we believe in was awarded the Olympics:evil:

I hope the rest of the world boycotts the Chinese Olympics.

I do too,but that certainly is not going to happen, every country in the world has business with China, after all it's all about money:evil:

Well, if just Canada and the U.S. would boycott the Olympics in China it would certainly have an impact. :fingerscr

There is a full page article in todays Saturday Star about the goings on in China, scary to say the least,it includes fruits and veggies, something I never knew was imported from China:frustrated: many countries are waking up to this fact and taking action,as should we.
Between their human rights offences, their cat/dog fur industry and thousands of other horrific animal abuses,in the name of outdated beliefs, the whole world should ban anything Chinese:yell:
