Does anyone on this site know of anyone who owns a white and brown pitbull ( un-neutured). I am in Pointe Claire. This dog was running around the neighbourhood with a 10 metre cord/rubber bungy like lead...my neighbour has it right now because it wants to eat my cats....so this is a long shot but I needed to at least ask....no pics yet, but he has beautiful blue eyes.
