hungry kittens

My kittens are now 3 weeks old. One is tinier then the others and cries a lot more. Could this mean she's hungry. Do you think I should bottle feed?

Does her belly feel full? Can you feel her ribs? She could just be a smaller build and not necessarily not getting enough. Do the others push her out of the way so that she can't nurse or does she nurse as often as they do?

At 3 weeks they might even be interested in food. You probably don't have to bottle feed, but you could buy a milk replacer from the vet's to put her on. It's usually a powdered milk that you mix with water. But she should be able to lap it up on her own at this point. You could also buy a canned kitten food and start them on that if you're worried that they aren't getting enough.

How is her stool? Are her eyes clear? Is her nose runny? She could be crying because she's sick, but it's more likely that she's just a whinier kitten :) Good luck.
