Hello, I have a 3 year old female Great Dane that has a pink lump on her elbow...I took her to the vet about 6 months ago and he took one look at it and said it was a viral papilloma...at the time it was approx the size of a golf ball....now it is the size of a tennis ball....The vet said not to worry that it would go away on its own but that he had never seen one anywhere but the mouth before....here is my question...has anyone ever heard of this growing on a limp before?...I am taking her back to the vet within the next few weeks but would love some input....the pictures don't really show the size of it well because the biggest part is hanging down towards her other leg......thanks

I would defenetly see another vet , unlike your vet, I really don't think this could "go away on it's own" !

I agree, I'd see another vet.
I'm not an expert, but once it's that extensive I'd think it might be a good idea to have it biopsied. Especially considering it's not in the standard place for that type of thing.
