Enjoying the snow

My daughter and I took the hounds for a good run down by the river today. We had the place completely to ourselves. :cloud9: The dogs enjoyed tearing around in the snow, even where it was chest-deep (in fact, I think they enjoyed it more where it was chest-deep!). They're crashed out on the couch now, and were even snoozing in the car on the way home, which was mostly the idea of the run.

Too bad it was so grey, but I took the camera along anyhow.

This one turned out pretty well for a quick snap shot on max zoom, I thought. I hadn't been brave enough to walk down the hill yet. :o Was afraid I would end up on my butt.

I wouldn't let them off leash here at the house :eek: because of the busy street, but they were really good yesterday at coming back when I called. I was thrilled! :D Maybe my hooligans are starting to grow up after all. :thumbs up
