Yeah, when I was in L'Oréal (for a brief visit ;)), they had a game room and a store for employees where everything is ridiculously cheap... That's all I got to see (well, I heard the game room, I didn't actually see it ;)), but I'm sure there is other stuff too.

I really like the take your pet to work thing. And I love the hybrid thing, if my company gave me $5000 toward a car if I bought a hybrid, I would be on it in a flash!!!

My company could sure learn a thing or two.

it's amazing the employees are as productive as they claim. With all those ditractions I'd find it hard to work. I bet there are tons of people who take advantage. A friend of ours works for IBM, and they have tons of perks too. The have a giant gamesroom for the employees to unwind in as well as restaurants, not sure if there's more.

I wonder if they pay good wages and benefits too?

I think they would be more productive than somebody who hates their job and is struggling just to get through the day.:o
