I have a 8 1/2 year old male Boxer. He salivates as many dogs do before getting treats. Lately I have noticed that he drools from his right side of his mouth. Any time of the day. I have no idea why. Any ideas or comments are welcome. Thankyou.

Have you been to see a vet? Our female only drools when she's not feeling well but I do know dogs that drool when anticipating food. If he's drooling when you are not offering a treat, I'd have him checked over.

I would take him to the vet....he could have teeth/mouth issues. Good luck and please post with an update. :fingerscr

Yeah, they can drool when they're in pain or nauseous. Best to get to the vet.
