My 9-month-old female cat may be pregnant. What should I do?

I believe my 9 month old flame-point siamese is pregnant. Her belly is rounded and her nipples are enlarged. Could it be something else? Is it safe for her to have kittens when she is so young?

Please take her to the vet asap. And while you're there i would recommend that you speak to your vet about having your cat spayed as well.
