It's pretty good. I have a dog who can't touch anything poultry and all their formulas have chicken cartilage in them... They have a "four star" line that's better than the others...

Fromm's Four Star, Salmon A La Veg is perfect for my 3 year old American Eskimo. He started on it at age 10 months and it really helped with his digestion. Eskies generally do well on fish-based diets. He also likes the Four Star Chicken A La Veg, the Duck & Sweet Potato and the Whitefish & Potato (I don't like the smell of this one) - but I try to keep him on the Salmon. Except for a virus that he caught in Nov. 2005 that was rampant in area, my Eskie has not been sick one day. He also gets very healthy cookes (and of course I am careful with his human "supplemental" foods.
