Pet portraits

Some time ago someone, maybe BoxerRescue? posted some lovely paintings of a doggie that were done from a photograph. I`ve searched but can`t find the thread. Now that Maggie is gone, I really want a nice picture of her. I already know someone who can do it, but he`s not a professional and while he would probably do it as a favor, I`d like to offer him fair payment and I don`t have any idea what would be reasonable. If someone could find the thread for me or maybe a link to someone who does it professionally, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks Prin! I knew you (or someone) would come through, I just couldn`t find the right words to search for. I`m gonna contact this artist just to get an idea of what he charges.
