This is borderline cruelty, I need to get him a body suit.

Poor poor little B. He came in from a quick romp outside with me and the other dogs looking like this. This is by far the worst yet. I had to rush him to the bath tub and wash him with coolish warm ( not too warm to make it tingle) water.

But on a bit of a more postive note, I found him a great collar leash combo that proves it... He finally is a "Country Boy" lol I've been looking EVERYWHERE for one that will fit the others.

oh my Erykah! That poor baby! I wonder how you prevent that from happening? We don't have snowball problems here because we can't get any snow! I love the collar! I had a John Deere flag that blew away on me. I loved that thing...

What a hoot! Lots of melting snow in the house for you! I have heard that a light coat of vaseline will prevent snowballs especially between the toes. If that's true it could save a hair cut so the fur will still be there to keep him warm..

I never realized that happened until I joined this forum! Den-Den and Corky have never even seen snow. Where did you find the collar? Really neat! I have a friend who'd love one for his border collie. Although I remember my Pop's border collie slipping out of his collar because his head was tapered.

Poor Bailey, but he does look like he had fun in the snow. I had a cocker when I was young , they do look like poodles when they come back from playing in the snow. But my Puppy really liked the after part ; getting towell dry by his family.

Awwww Erykah, poor Bailey. But here is the important question, did he have fun in the snow? :D

About the full body suits, if you sew I believe OG has some patterns for them. I think she posted some pictures of Winnie in them that she made. Maybe drop her a pm?

What Prin posted is exactly what he needs, he has boots, but they did him no justice out there.
He did have a blast, but I had to carry him back home, it was like he had casts on his legs:sad:
Im going to PM OG and see, thanks for the tip.

My friend got her Beagle a john deere collar at the 400 market ( off the 400 highway) but I found this one ( and it was the only one) at the local Foodland/Coop store. Im a John Deere NUT. I hunted for a hoodie for ages and finally found one at Marks Work Warehouse, but I dont like the yellowness of it. So the hunt continues. lol.

If Bailey had the choice to do it all over again... I bet you He would. But getting some snow gear looks like a good idea.:)
