My printer is slowly dying. Does anyone know a good place to send digital pics for hard copies, preferably in the Montreal area?

I think futureshop and walmart do them... :o I would imagine if you wanted really good ones, Les Pros de la Photo on Beaubien would do it ($$).

Kodak - if you upload digital pix to their web site - will print them for you - for a price but it is not bad. Here - we have Superstore- same as Provigo in Quenbec - that has great prices (better than WalMart on ocacsion) and you just take your memory disk and put it in and select the pix you want to print. Jean Couty had a sale not too long ago also where you could bring in your photos and the 1st 3 were free. I brought a memory card with 3 pix and they had to give them to me for free. :D (This was in northern NB where my other home is). But I imagine JC in Quebec is similar.

My preference in order of price and customer service would be:

Provigo
Jean Coutu
Wal Mart

PharmaPrix also does pictures too tho I have never used them but they do digital ones. You can check it out on their site. I think too with them - as with the Kodak site - you can upload the photos and they will mail them to you, But I prefer to just bring in a memory card (SD or CF) and have them printed.

Good luck!
