I was sent good news regarding Angie, a Dane that was part of the same seizure as Nelly. She's adjusting well to her new home (near Ottawa) and family and they couldn't be more thrilled with her. Here are some photos, one of Angie, and one of her new foster Mom, Kim, herself, and her big foster brother, Tommy. Kim will keep us updated.

She's in heaven! It's amazing to see how all these Great Danes have adjusted so quickly to living in a home. There is nothing like adopting a neglected/abused animal. They are forever grateful and appreciate everything!

Another update I received this morning:

"Good morning!!!

I'm so excited. Angie was playing with Tommy's soft stuffy bone last night. She laid down on the futon and laid on top of it and it squeaked and she starting tossing it around.

Only one accident last night (pee pee). Went outside this morning for both. She was also very interested in the barn this morning.

I can't believe how much she is coming out of her shell.

Kim"
