Just curious - what breed or primary breed of dog do you have

I have two Golden Retrievers, Bobby and Amber. Bobby who has not read the "I'm a Golden Retriever Book" and therefore will not retrieve anything and who will only go swimming if I throw broccoli and Amber who is a dynamo on 4 paws. Both awesome puppies!

What kind(s) does everyone else have?

Two rescued goldens, Chloe is 6 1/2 years old and Hunter is almost 3 years old.

2 husky crosses and a spaniel cross

2 retired racing greyhounds
1 eskimo
1 chinese crested

Declan is an as-far-as-know Newfoundland/ Border Collie Cross but I would have to say he looks like a Border Collie on steriods with the perfect blend of both personalities.

Ceili and Bridie are litter sisters. Their Dam was a very small Golden Retriever. Their Sire was a Belgian Shepherd/ Bernese Mountain Dog and something else exceptionally massive (I met these dogs and the Sire was easily the tallest and most thickset dog I have ever met).

6 English Setters, one of whom thinks she's a diminutive tri-colored labrador retriever... he he he She's a retrieving fool! :D

Jemma's a lab husky and Boo, we think, is a newf pointer. Both show tons of characteristics of both breeds.

Mocha is predominantly Lhasa. His dad is pure, and his mom is a cross between english springer spaniel and some kind of terrier (she's a little black dog with moderately long hair and pointy little ears). They're all sweeties to me!! :lovestruck:

A pure rottweiler, and a cat who thinks it is a rottweiler

2 senior rescued goldens, a third one left me for rainbow bridge last September. But I'm looking forward to own other breeds too. OH and BTW, they won't retrieve either :shrug:

Jack Russell Terrier... with allllllllllllllllllllllll the JRT crazy traits, except that he doesn't bark a lot (yet!):love:

2 Rottie/Lab crosses-at least that's what we were told. Fingal, I can see the Rottie; Bronwyn has a husky-tail, but grumbles like a Rottie.

Oh, and they don't retrieve either. Bronny will go get the toy, and then bring it to show you, but not give it. :o Fingal runs and gets it, but then takes off. He's more about "chase me!" than retrieve.

Dory is a papillon and trigger is a pittie. And yes they are both characteristic of their breeds, small and fierce, and big and cuddly.

Bentley is a Jack-a-Bee.. JRT/Beagle who has more enegery than he knows what to do with so he digs holes through my mattress

A shih tzu who thinks he's a big ferocious lion when he's playing with his stuffies. And a cuddle bug when he's not playing.

My little girl is a Labrador/Border Collie mix that sometimes acts like the cats, she really needs another doggy companion to remind her.

The GSD acts pure GSD. Very alert, extremely intelligent, fiercely loyal and affectionate to her family.

Roscoe doesn't act a little bit like the breeds he is. He is learning to retrieve a toy and bring it back. He is also intelligent, when he wants to be. But as far as high energy, which I've heard both breeds have he does NOT. He is a couch potato. hehe

I have a Shiba Inu (Suki) and Hamish (Scottish Terrier) :)

1 female Elkhound/Chow mix. Looks like an Elky has the personality and colour of a chow.

1 male American Eskimo - just turned 34 months - am waiting for his 3rd birthday - April 1 - hoping he will mature. Expect the April Fool's joke will be on me.

We have a 3.5 month old Alaskan Klee Kai puppy named Helix.

I plan to stick with Border Collies - rescue only. I really hope to have a trialing dog some day :D

Joey is an english cocker spaniel - but no picture right now until I can reinstall my picture software and take some more pics of him. :)

Sam is a Lab/Hound - we think Greyhound because when we first got him he was very skinny and he can run really, really fast. Faster than any dog I have ever seen.

Not sure yet which side she takes after most, both breeds are strong willed, and loyal workng dogs. But she is the sweetest thing (less sweet at 6:00am wanting breakfast) Just had a look at your pics Peepmouse & thought, "Boy that combination looks familiar"!

Good question! I am open to suggestions...(her ears are usually a little perkier, she was pretty tired in this picture) Cram, your baby is beautiful, I have never heard of that breed, I will have to learn about them.
