Here is an excellent Cane Corso resource... hope you find the answers you are looking for here, maybe call the breeder to discuss the breed itself? good luck! :thumbs up http://www.apexcanecorso.com/about%20Cane%20Corsos.htm

Holy smokes that dog is massive, he weighs more than I do!! The little girl and the dog are gorgeous though. You definitely have fur and skin kids to be proud of. I knew malamutes could get big but I didn't realize they got that big.

I went into the link that technodoll provided and boy could I have used one of those dogs last night. I had a HUGE porcupine in one of our spruce trees right behind the house. My GSD treed it and thank god didn't get any quills. Being she was a city dog before we got her if that porcupine had of come down she'd have been covered in quills because I'm sure she's never saw one before. I got her in the house and a few hours later went and checked and it was gone. Hopefully it went a long, long way away. Tired of pulling quills from dogs over the years.

Hey Grip. I would get a female. Less chance of issues. :thumbs up

Prin: We're truly blessed with how good natured he is around kids.

He's soooooooo tolerant of her. We worry about her hurting him. She pokes him in the eyes or nostrils. Or she sits on his head or tries to ride him like a horse. He never gets annoyed. At the most he just rolls over away from her.

We're trying to train her to treat him with respect. He's not just a living stuffed animal. :D

I was definately thinking of getting a female Cane Corso for now. I go back and forth. sometimes I think I should just get a female malamute.

Ooo I'd get a female mal...:o Just me, maybe, but I think it's magic when two "alpine" or whatever you call them (huskies, mals, etc) are together. :cloud9: They just seem to create the best packs.:lovestruck:

I'm so glad things are going well with him. :) I'm sure you had a ton to do with it. :highfive: I miss those pulling movies. Those were fun! :)
