1 FULL bottle of your favorite whiskey

Take a large bowl.

Check the whiskey again to be sure that it is of the highest quality. Pour 1 level cup and drink. Repeat.

Turn on the electric mixer; beat 1 C of butter in a large fluffy bowl.

Add 1 tsp sugar and beat again.

Make sure the whiskey is still OK - Cry another tup.

Turn off the mixer.

Break two legs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit.

If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers, pry it loose with a drewscriver.

Turn the cake tin 350 degrees.

Don't forget to beat off the turner.

what ever you do dont let the animals into the fruitcake, make sure they are outside when you are baking or this could happen!!!!

This is adorable. I set it right to my SIL who actually has the family recipe for fruitcake but also set the family record for number of cocktails in a night.

What's the unwrapping game??? I need a new game idea.

I was just at a party where we played "The Night RIGHT Before Christmas." You pass a gift around a circle (or 4 or 5 gifts, depending on the number of people playing) and you read the story. But you add the words "left" and "right" to the story. "'Twas the night right before Christmas when all through the house, not a creature ws left stirring, not even a mouse. The stockings were left hung right by the chimney with care, in hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be right there."

And so on. And with each left and right you pass the gift to the person on your left or your right. It's fun.

But I need a new one !!!
