hi I have a 1 year old miniature pinscher who deosn't feel like eating. yesterday she vomited bile twice in the morning. And since then she's eaten very little (a few tiny pieces of chicken). She still has high energy and hasn't vomitted since yesterday. I know she is hungry I can hear her tummy gurggle. what can I do to help her feel better.
ps: someone told me that maybe her stomch lining is shedding is that possible and what causes that?

Vomiting bile is usually a sign of hunger. What kind of food are you feeding her?

To the vet! Get a blood test. I put a post up just a few days ago with the same thing and have since found out that my dog has pancreatitis. I have recently found out that pancreatitis can mask other health problems as well. Don't take chances. Go check with the vet.

I agree with Caite, you should definetly go to the vet.
