Does anybody know of a municaplity close to the Toronto area that has no restrictions on the number of cats one has in a household?

Are there any multi-cat people out there?

Thanks,

Woodstock(midway between kitchener and London) not exactly close but has no restrictions on the number of cats and no licences are required for cats

Oshawa. (east of Toronto) Is 3 unaltered, but, "no limit" on the amount of altered cats. (I have 5 now, and have had 6)

So Oshawa cats are licenced? I think that's very responsible. Toronto unfortunately doesn't distinguish between rooms (as in a rooming house/ shared accommodation) and apartments. So you could have three dogs in a 1000 square foot apartment and you can have 3 dogs in an 80 square foot room. I think Toronto is 4 cats in an apartment and 6 in a house. But who actually checks these things unless you become "The Cat Lady" ?:D

Yes they are, and if you show proof of alteration, you can get a licence for life (I think it was $25.00 per cat, when I got mine) .
