Nuetered Cat

A cat has lost his home. We have three black cats. Our cats once were living on the streets. They are now very healthy, loving and spay and nuetured.
I have a question, How can you tell if a male has been nuetured? We now have another lost pet. I/we want to take care of him. It's what we do best.

It's fairly easy to tell on an adult cat, just check if he has balls. :) With females it's tricker, you have to feel around for a spay scar on their bellies.
