Did you know: Feline Heart worm

This is something I didn't know about... read an article which suggested that cats can get heart worm, too, so I did a little more research and found this site:

Interesting.... not something I've ever considered a threat to my cats!

Heartworm is very rare in cats. It's not technically the same as in dogs either (very confusing to get into). We do recommend treating outdoor cats with heartworm preventative and flea control.

Yeah, I found out about feline heartworm a few years ago. It is much more rare in cats than in dogs, but I treat all my pets with Revolution just to be safe.
