It's sadly only powerful for those who care about animals,if people cared,no dogs would be chained outside,unfortunately you see it too often:sad:
It should be made a criminal offense and the offender should be charged with animal-cruelty:evil:

if you read through the site, it shows you how you can help those chained dogs through approaching & speaking to the owners, posing small gestures, etc.... education on all levels! :dog:

I'd unchain Boo, but then he runs away. :o He likes to be outside. He just lies there, tied up. It's really embarrassing.

aw they're all sad as hell, but seeing the dobie- even if he's not in bad shape, reminded me of getting my dobie. He was left chained outside when his owner moved, and that's how we found him. He hadn't been fed in days because the new homeowners were afraid of him.:(

No, not always, just when he's not outside.:D Today, he was insisting on lying under the tree in the rain. I had to go get him. You call him and he lies down and faces the opposite direction.:D
