Hello everyone!!
On September 4th, 2006, my husband and I adopted a 3-month-old cross between a black lab and a golden. His name is Byron and he has the longish hair of his golden retriever mum and is black like his dad. He is absolutely GORGEOUS and has stolen our hearts!
So enough with the gushing...we also have 2 DSH cats: Paddy, who is a 7 year old tabby (also known as "chubbs") and Eoin (pronounced "Owen"), who is a 4 year old black with a couple of white patches. They had never met a dog in their life, as they are strictly indoor cats, and still are trying to figure out what "this loud thing I brought home" is. But I am sure that they will sooner or later get along (or at least learn to tolerate one another!).
Anyhoo, just wanted to say HELLO and that I think that this forum will be an awesome resource!
