11 yr old cocker with skin tags that bleed

Vixie is an 11 yr. cocker spaniel. She has skin tags that grow up to 1 milliliter in size. At the sight of some of these tags it has bled.

Is it alright for me to clip off the tags and treat it with an antibiotic oinment?

I just took her in after my grandfather died so I don't know if this is an ongoing problem but she does have dandruff as well.:(

Take the dog to the vet and see what they say? Could be a major skin problem?

What did the vet tell your Grandfather about the skin tags?Or who ever was taking him to the vet.

Maybe the best thing to do is call the vet and make an appt for Vixie.Then they can prescribe a shampoo for her too.
