Yeah, kitties don't really like tummy-rubs,but take a backrub any time..
Bailey however,LOVES a tummyrub and gets plenty:dog:

lol Very, very doggy people and cats don't mix. I found that out at the vet clinic I worked at. If you try to get a cat to play the way you get a dog to play, you just get hissed and growled at.:o

Oh no Prin,my cats do not hiss and growl and love to play and cuddle,I love anything on four legs,I have my doubts about the two-legged variety:D

Everybody says that about their kitties, "They never bite anybody!" and I'm the exception. People I know with cats are always surprised and they chalk it up to me smelling too much like dogs. I got doggies in my veins I guess.:D

It usually takes my cats about 10 min to get used to a visitor, then they'll be all over them:cat:
The only thing they really don't like is beeing carried around, except 17lb Vinnie likes to hang around on my shoulder:D

My Dancer-cat is an exception to the belly-rub thing. She'll happily flop over and let you skritch her belly for as long as you like, purring loudly all the while. She moves around too, so that you get the entire chest/belly region completely. Wouldn't want to miss any  .
