Good Idea

Good Idea

This is a really good idea. Next time you come home for the night and you to to put your keys away, think of this:

It's a security alarm system that you probably already have and requires no installation.

Start keeping your car keys next to your bed on the night stand when you go to bed at night. If you think someone is trying to get into your house, or if you hear a noise outside yor house, just press the panic alarm on your car key chain.

Test it.....It will go off from most everywhere inside your house and the horn will keep honking until your battery runs down or until you reset it with
the button on the key fob chain. It works if you park in your driveway or garage.

If your car alarm goes off when someone is trying to break in your house, odds are the burglar or rapist won't stick around. After a few seconds all the neighbors will be looking out their windows to see who is out there and sure enough the criminal won't want that.

Try yours to make sure it works before you rely on it. Just know that you must press the alarm button again to turn it off.

And remember to carry your keys in your hand while walking to your car in a parking lot. The alarm can work the same way there.

This is something that should really be shared with everyone. Maybe it could save a life or a sexual abuse crime. Pass it on.

I love my car alarm. I used to park it across the street from my apartment in front of the bar there... Well, the bar was known for not just selling alcoholic beverages and preferred to keep a low profile... When the drunks would spill out onto the street loudly at 3 AM, my car alarm would "accidentally" go off and they'd all get yelled at to scram.:D

Also, when I see people leaning on my car or something, it comes in handy too.

I thought my doggies were aware of everything but my man's friend came to mow the lawn today and there were three guys wandering on the property and my doggies didn't even wake up.:frustrated:

I hear ya Prin. If somebody knocks at the door or rattles a keychain ~ you can hear the rugrats in Manitoba but if they just walk in ~ barely a snort in the snorefest. In fact once, Bridie wouldn't even get out of the bathtub for the plumber!

What a great idea. I am going to tell my girls and their friends about it.
