Opened cat food (dry of course)

Sorry random question that occurred to me...

If people have been keeping up with my threads, we have a visitor, Dart. I have given Dart the Royal Canin and Iams dry food. I bought the Royal Canin (thinking it was good) and when I got Leo I ended up with a small bag of IAMS. Now depending on a few things, the bags of food may no longer have an "owner" of sorts.

Are there any rescues/SPCA/whatever that will take the opened food? Or not so much because it could be all "contaminated" and stuff?

They usually would, I think... Unless they're really snobby or have a deal with a pet food supplier..

I would phone the different places and ask first. :D
