Hi, and welcome! There are a couple of ways to post a picture. The first is to scroll down below this message box, and you'll see a button that says "Manange attachments". Click on that; it will open a window so that you can browse through your pictures on your computer. Find the one you want and open it. It will upload. The only problem is that it has to be under 100kb in size. You usually have to resize it.

Or you can join an on-line imaging hosting site like photobucket and upload your photos there first (it's really easy, I promise ;) ). Then you click the little mountain picture just above the message text to insert a link to your online photo. You copy and paste the URL from photobucket (it's underneath your picture) and that's it!

That way, you can post more than one picture at a time and you don't have to worry about resizing.
